Online Booking Pilot Terms
Version 1 · in force since 29 September 2026
These are the terms a shop accepts, inside its Bark&Go account, before we switch online booking on for it. The current version is shown below; every earlier version stays published at its own link.
In short
- It's a pilot — Online booking is new and still evolving, so features may change as we learn.
- Free for now — How online booking will be offered after the pilot isn't decided yet. Before anything is charged, we'll email you 30 days ahead, and you only pay if you expressly accept.
- Stop any time — Ask us and we'll switch it off.
- Your part — Keep your hours, services and prices accurate, reply to requests, and honour the bookings you confirm.
- What we may do — Pause your booking page if things go wrong, and tell you why.
1. About these terms
These terms are between BARK AND GO I.K.E. (GEMI 178106801000, Agiou Panteleimonos 25, 15234 Chalandri) and the business that accepts them for its shop. They cover online booking through barkandgo.gr from the day we switch it on for you. If the Greek and English versions differ, the Greek applies.
2. The pilot
Online booking is a pilot with no fixed end date. Features, screens and booking options may change or be paused while we develop it. We aim for it to run reliably but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may end the pilot with 30 days' notice by email.
3. Cost
Online booking is free during the pilot. How it will be offered afterwards is still open — for example included in certain subscription plans, or charged separately — and we make no commitment about whether, when or how much.
Before any charge applies, we'll email you the new terms at least 30 days in advance. You're only charged if you expressly accept them; if you don't, online booking is switched off at the end of the notice period and you owe nothing.
4. Your responsibilities
Keep your hours, services, durations and prices accurate; reply to booking requests within your response time; honour the appointments you confirm, or cancel in good time and let the customer know.
The appointment is between you and your customer: you're responsible for the service and for the rules that apply to your business. You let us show your shop's name, photos and details on barkandgo.gr while you're listed.
5. Customer information
When a customer books, we pass you the details needed for the appointment. Use them only to provide and manage appointments and your relationship with that customer; you're responsible for handling them under GDPR. Bark & Go remains responsible for the customer's barkandgo.gr account.
6. Directory listing
Shops are listed in this order: first those that accept online bookings, then featured shops, then those showing live availability rather than suggested times, then those showing prices, then alphabetically. Featured status is currently decided by us, free of charge. We may introduce paid placements in the future; if we do, we'll update these terms. You're free to take bookings through any other channel.
7. Pausing and ending
You can ask us to switch online booking off at any time (info@barkandgo.gr).
We may pause your booking page or listing if requests repeatedly go unanswered or confirmed bookings aren't honoured, your details are materially inaccurate, we receive well-founded complaints, you breach these terms or the law, or security or a legal obligation requires it. We'll email you the reason and switch you back on once it's resolved. For any other reason, we give 30 days' notice. Appointments you've already confirmed still need to be honoured.
8. Liability
Bark & Go isn't a party to your appointments and isn't responsible for the service, no-shows or cancellations. During the pilot we're not liable for lost bookings or revenue caused by downtime, errors or changes to online booking, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Changes and general
We may update these terms; we'll email you at least 15 days before a change takes effect (30 days for charges), and changes never apply retroactively. If you don't agree, you can stop before the change takes effect. New features, such as online payments, may come with their own terms.
By accepting, you confirm you're authorised to act for the business. Questions or complaints: info@barkandgo.gr. Greek law applies and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
If the Greek and English versions differ, the Greek applies.
